Presbytery has agreed that bi monthly meetings are necessary. Each meeting will be a Supper Meeting beginning at 5:30pm, with supper requested for approximately 40-50 people. Presbytery members reimburse the cost of dinner at $8.00 per person. As there are 20 Pastoral Charges in Saint John Presbytery, your Pastoral Charge would only be scheduled to host Presbytery every fourth year. The Presbytery meeting will begin with a 20 minute Worship celebration at 6:30 pm, led by the hosting Church, followed by the meeting of the full Court. Meeting is scheduled to end at 9:00pm. The Court of Presbytery would prefer to meet in table groups if at all possible. The Executive of Saint John Presbytery will meet on the second Tuesday of the opposite month in which the full Court meets. See Schedule below.
